Welcome to Clear Water Vibez SXM. By booking or participating in any of our experiences, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions.
1. Bookings
All bookings are subject to availability and are confirmed only after receiving confirmation from Clear Water Vibez SXM.
Please review your booking details carefully and notify us immediately if any information is incorrect.
2. Payments
Payment is required according to the terms provided during the booking process.
Prices are listed in U.S. Dollars (USD) unless otherwise stated.
3. Cancellations & Rescheduling
Guests may request to reschedule their experience based on availability.
Cancellation and refund requests are handled on a case-by-case basis. Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to modify or cancel your reservation.
If Clear Water Vibez SXM cancels an experience due to unsafe weather conditions or other unforeseen circumstances, guests will be offered the option to reschedule or receive a refund where applicable.
4. Weather Conditions
Our experiences take place outdoors and are weather dependent.
For the safety of our guests, experiences may be postponed or rescheduled due to:
- Strong winds
- Heavy rain
- Rough sea conditions
- Lightning
- Other unsafe conditions
The final decision regarding weather-related cancellations rests with Clear Water Vibez SXM.
5. Arrival Time
Guests should arrive at the agreed meeting location at least 15 minutes before their scheduled experience.
Late arrivals may result in a shortened session or cancellation without refund if the schedule cannot be adjusted.
6. Guest Responsibilities
Guests agree to:
- Follow all safety instructions provided by our team.
- Respect equipment and property.
- Behave responsibly during the experience.
- Inform us of any medical conditions or physical limitations that could affect participation.
We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone whose behavior may endanger themselves, our staff, or other guests.
7. Safety
Participation is at your own risk.
While every reasonable precaution is taken to provide a safe experience, Clear Water Vibez SXM cannot be held responsible for injuries, accidents, or losses resulting from circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
8. Photography & Drone Services
Our experiences include professional photography and drone videography.
Edited photos and videos are delivered after your session within the timeframe communicated at the time of booking.
Delivery times may vary depending on weather conditions, workload, and editing requirements.
9. Media Usage
With your permission, selected photographs or videos may be used on our website, social media platforms, or other promotional materials.
If you do not wish your images to be used, please notify us before your experience begins.
10. Personal Belongings
Guests are responsible for their personal belongings.
Clear Water Vibez SXM is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged personal items during the experience.
11. Website Information
We strive to ensure that all information on our website is accurate. However, pricing, availability, descriptions, and services may change without prior notice.
We reserve the right to correct errors or omissions at any time.
12. Intellectual Property
All website content, including photographs, videos, logos, graphics, branding, and text, is the property of Clear Water Vibez SXM unless otherwise stated.
